PROGRAMME YOUR PLANS/TACKLE YOUR TASKS.

Hi there! Remember the popular saying “He, who fails to plan, plans to fail”? An organized person is the one who plans ahead and keeps tracks of his programmes.

Organized tasks = Improved productivity.

Would you love to be?

More capable and competent

More coordinated and confident

More efficient and effective

More orderly and outstanding

More productive and profitable

More relevant and reliable

More significant and successful

More tactical and timely

Do you:

Always have too much to handle?

Keep forgetting and procrastinating?

Have urgent tasks long overdue?

Manage mess?

Start but never finish projects?

Struggle with stress?

If your response would be YES to any of the above questions, then you need to address your task organizing and planning problems.  Whether you are an employee , your own boss, or an active stay-at-home mom,  it is important that you organize your tasks, plans, events, appointments, meetings, ideas and even your thoughts because the truth is, you will keep getting more and more tasks coming in and an unavoidable tendency to keep forgetting or skipping important activities and ideas. Organising your tasks, plans, etc periodically helps you overcome overwhelm, brings you fulfillment, earns you respect from people and makes your life amazingly easy.

I have come up with a list of task organizing/planning tools:

  • To-do list. This is a helpful tool for organizing ideas, thoughts and future plans. As a very creative person, I can’t help but enjoy this tool. When I suddenly come up with ideas, I always hurriedly drop my thoughts on my to-do list so I don’t spend so much time searching for them when I need them. It’s a whole lot better that jotting them down on paper.

  • Daily/Weekly worksheets or planners. This type of organizing tool helps you plan an entire day/week without worrying about what to do and when to do it. For my meeting schedules, I use this tool to note down all my discussion points before the meeting. It makes me appear more professional before my clients. They could be either manual or online tools.

  • Monthly/Yearly calendars. This allows you to plan ahead and see everything in just one place. It lays out deadlines, events and meetings in your schedule. You don’t have to miss a thing again!

  • The organizing board.  This is very different from the regular pin-up boards. It is a large board that can be used as a personal planner, family planner, project planner or meal planner. I will be uploading a YouTube video soon, which will give you guidelines on how to use the organizing board. Watch-out!

  • Meal planners. I love this tool. A meal planner helps you easily create meal plans, organize your recipes, keep track of your kitchen supplies and have a hitch-free kitchen time.
