Our LOCs are Lifestyle Coaches and Lifestyle Managers who are trained, equipped and devoted to helping people improve their behaviors, performance, outcomes and overall quality of life.

A background in Psychology, Sociology and Human Sciences or experience in Lifestyle Management and Concierge Services is an added advantage.

Our ROPs help in providing smart and strategic residential organizing solutions.

A background and/or experience in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Home Organizing, Home Staging is an added advantage.

Our OEPs are Teachers, Trainers who are trained, equipped and devoted to capacity building. Our OEPs enlighten and empower individuals and organizations with the strategies, skills, and systems for solving the human existential problem of disorganization.

A background in Human Resource Management, Organizational Management, Project Management, Business Organizing, etc. is an added advantage

Required Qualifications for all positions

  • Basic understanding of the concepts of organizing and productivity. See The OMM for more info.

  • English language proficiency. Working knowledge of French is an added advantage.

  • Team leadership skills and/or experience.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • High-level commitment and self-motivation.

  • Prioritization, Planning and Organizing skills.

  • Internet and Social Media basic knowledge.

  • Conversant with business software and platforms such as: email, spreadsheets, word processors, presentation design, cloud storage, social media, etc.
