What does being productive mean?
If you’ve been on this planet long enough to connect with this blogpost, you may have heard the term “productivity”. Typically, when we hear about being productive, we think it’s about getting more stuff done. Being productive has a new meaning, in today’s world. It’s less about doing more stuff and more about effectively managing the many different aspects of life.
It’s being able to create order and establish efficiency with your resources. In other words, it’s being an effective Life Manager. We all need to aim for daily productivity, in order to maintain a good quality of life. Imagine the increasing number of things that must be managed. For instance: You have to improve your mindset, determine your priorities, create a schedule, manage your time/tasks, enhance your habits, evaluate your resources, track your progress, identify and manage challenges, etc. There’s more to this list of responsibilities. Whether we agree or not, we are all Life Managers. While some of us are effective at this job, some of us aren’t. As a Life Manager, you are responsible for the overall success of your life.
The question now is, how can you effectively manage your life?
The answer is a Productivity System.
What is a Productivity System
A Productivity System is a lifestyle organization system for establishing order and efficiency in your life and for the sole purpose of optimizing your resources. Your life is made up of resources. In order to optimize your resources and maximize your potentials, you need a productivity system. It is your personal development tool kit. Importantly, a comprehensive Productivity System must ensure the following:
Priority Management
Habit Management
Activity Management
Goal Management
Time Management
Task Management
Schedule Management
Budget Management
Inventory Management
Have you ever invested in a Productivity System?
Before you do, ensure that your Productivity System encourages you to live sustainably. Why is the sustainability element vital? We live in a rapidly changing world and as many of us know, the future of work and life are different from what we’re currently used to. These speedy and significant changes in our world are the reasons for the increasing rate of mental health related issues such as: stress, anxiety, overwhelm, burn-out, etc. Disorganization is an overlooked and underestimated problem at the root of these issues. A sustainable Productivity System will ensure that you effectively organize your resources across all areas of life. When we’re disorganized, we waste and mismanage our scarce resources which can lead to a multiplicity of behavioral, mental, environmental and physical health challenges.
Above all, a sustainable Productivity and Lifestyle Organization System is necessary for improving our well-being and performance? It can eliminate confusion, chaos and clutter while significantly improving our overall quality of life.
About The Life Harmony Productivity System
After several years of research and months of development and design, we created the world’s First Sustainable Productivity System, based on a concept we call The Life Harmony.
The Life Harmony as a system, covers all the organizing and productivity science and methods behind prioritization, time management, task management, personal development, performance maximization, behavior enhancement and resource optimization.
Most importantly, the Life Harmony as a concept, provides the required mindset shift from the popular work-life… concept to an upgraded perception of life. We believe that your life is made up of 6 components that must be catered to at every point in time. This concept teaches you the art of effective resource allocation across all areas of life. We also emphasize that work is an integral part of life and should not be viewed outside of it. With the Life Harmony concept, we’ve been able to provide a holistic approach to managing life. The Life Harmony splits LIFE into 6 categories and helps you align all your goals, habits and activities with those 6 categories to ensure that you can easily attend to and account for all aspects of your daily life.
Reduced to the essentials, the Life Harmony, as system, is a science and evidence-based productivity binder. It has spreads for journaling, planning, tracking, household inventory management and tools for managing your resources. We love this acronym for resources called STEAM, according to Clare Kumar, Canadian Productivity Consultant.
STEAM Stands for:
S – Space
T – Time
E – Energy
A – Attention
M – Money
Don’t use agendas, journals, planners, etc. that don’t deliver the ability to enhance your productivity skills and enjoy measurable outcomes. It’s time to get rid of wasted agenda pages, planner obsession and unintentional journaling.
The Life Harmony is a 4-in-1 Productivity System© made up of 4 sets of tools divided in to 4 sections:
- Journal section
A Journal is a set of thinking tools that help you define and design the structure for your overall quality of life. This is necessary for maximizing your attention resource.
- Planner section
A planner is a set of tools that help you manage your priorities. Effective prioritization and planning can help you with maximizing your resources such as: time and money.
- Tracker section
A tracker will ensure that every goal, activity and habit is well accounted for. This allows you maximize your time, energy and money resources.
- Inventory Management
A household inventory management tool enhances the use of your space resource. The home can be a resource-draining phenomenon without a productivity system. A productivity and lifestyle organization system isn’t holistic if it doesn’t cater to your physical environment and how you manage it.
There’s also a bonus section with performance enhancement resources like the meditation guide, life scripting guide, sleep guide, 6 pages of over 400 custom stickers. These tools will help you apply more intention with the productivity system for measurable and better outcomes.
In general, the Life Harmony System will empower you to consistently make wellness enhancing, ecologically conscious, performance improving and environmentally friendly choices. With it, you can effectively manage your STEAM resources.
Furthermore, the Life Harmony can be used as a Personal or Family Productivity System.
Personal Benefits include:
- Increased self-awareness
- More clarity
- Better decision making
- Improved behavior
- Maximized performance
- Effective resource allocation
- Enhanced quality of life
Family Benefits include:
- Improved lifestyle choices
- Better communication
- Wellness enhancement
- Enhanced environment
- More structured household
- Improved relationships
In conclusion, if you’re looking to get rid of the chaos, clutter and confusion of daily life and want to be empowered and equipped to do life with more ease, you need a Sustainable Productivity System like The Life Harmony by JessylsCharm.
