Jesmine is Nigeria’s Premier Organizing and Productivity Professional now resident in Canada. As a pioneer of the Organizing and Productivity industry in Nigeria, she founded the JessylsCharm brand in 2011. She is also the first Nigerian Organizing and Productivity Professional to join NAPO (National Association of Organizing and Productivity Professionals), the Organizing authority in the US. As a result of her passion for and commitment to the industry, she was able to conquer the challenges of starting out in a new field and JessylsCharm was able to break into the Nigerian market. She served both residential and corporate clients, coached a number of individuals and landed some speaking engagements. She has had affiliations with POC (Professional Organizers in Canada) and the Women’s Business Network (WBN), Ottawa.
In her pursuit for excellence, Jesmine keeps updating her knowledge and skills by attending courses and conferences from various institutions around the world. In the fall of 2013, she founded an initiative called the GO-SO Initiative, a platform that JessylsCharm used to provide education and support in getting people in Nigeria organized and productive. Her team took the message of organizing to schools, churches, hospitals and other organizations with the aim of enlightening the public on the devastating effects of disorganization and empowering them with the right tools for reclaiming their effectiveness.

Her craft is continuously refined under the virtual mentorship of leaders in the fields of psychology, neuroscience, philosophy and personal development. As a result of her enthusiasm for the field of Organizing/Productivity and her innovative ideas, She founded and serves as the Principal Instructor at The Organizing Academy (TOA), a Global Digital Organizing and Productivity Hub for Professionals, Students and Enthusiasts. TOA has equipped over 5,000 Students and Professionals across the world with organizing strategies and skills.
She first started her career in the field of Organizing as a Residential Organizing Professional and then evolved into a Business Organizing Professional but with the privilege of progressing her career, she now works as an adviser and strategist for Business Leaders. She made this move after realizing the need for helping Business Leaders and their teams improve their performance and well-being sustainably.
After over 6 years of research and experiment, Jesmine came up with the concept of Life Harmony. In alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, she was inspired to create JessylsCharm’s first physical product and the world’s first Sustainable Productivity System. She’s passionate about empowering female leaders with sustainable lifestyle insights and inspiration for an improved well-being and performance. She is happily married and blessed with three beautiful children. She is a Christian, health/fitness enthusiast and music lover. As a matter of fact, she’s been singing in the choir since she was a kid. She also wants to try out professional photography someday. To this end, she has taken a crash course in photography. She has a flair for teaching and thinks her most utilized attribute is knowledge transference.
